I booked a truck and trailer online, but after arriving and paying, they told me the trailer wasn't working and that I had to go somewhere else to pick up another trailer, wasting my time. They gave me another contract with the wrong return time, told me it was no problem to return it later, and now they want to charge me more money for the rental after wasting my time.

The computer system was slow. What should have been a 10 minute transaction took almost 45 minutes. Person who hooked my trailer was nice, but smoked and filled my car with cigarette smoke. Random old guy behind the counter watching videos filled with obscenities.

I would recommend to contact rental users ahead of time when the location drop off or pick up changes ahead of time, not while driving to the locations.

15' truck that I rented did not have a full take of gas when I picked it up, which I was advised. Inside the cab, I found a water bottle under the driver's seat, an uncleaned drink spill in the dashboard cupholder ( which I needed to clean) and someone's tie pin. Also, the blankets (6) had a bunch of dried leaves on them. The blankets were folded and in a plastic bag, when I picked them up from the store.
