ARTHUR MI booked a truck and trailer online, but after arriving and paying, they told me the trailer wasn't working and that I had to go somewhere else to pick up another trailer, wasting my time. They gave me another contract with the wrong return time, told me it was no problem to return it later, and now they want to charge me more money for the rental after wasting my time.
Wilson PThe computer system was slow. What should have been a 10 minute transaction took almost 45 minutes. Person who hooked my trailer was nice, but smoked and filled my car with cigarette smoke. Random old guy behind the counter watching videos filled with obscenities.
