15’ box truck was not 15 feet long it only had a 12 foot long box with overhang. False advertisement and I was unable to fit all of what I planned due to wrong size being provided.

SHANTE MNothing negative to say. The truck was clean and the ride was smooth. The employees were professional and very pleasant.
Mary MGas gauge closed out incorrectly, inaccurately, it was between 3/4 and Full and I picked it up at 3/4 tank. And I closed it out at 3/4 so no charges for fuel should be added to my bill. Manager/Owner Steve can confirm these details.
