Please clean the inside of the trucks. It was dirty and smelled like smoke.

Kalona RNothing comes to mind with my interaction with them to where I can think of anything that would need to be improved.. I walked in the lady behind the desk, was helping another gentleman. She acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. Then a gentleman that works there came up. He also acknowledge me. He Spoke to me said hello and . Asked me if I was there to rent a U-Haul and I said yes. When the lady was done helping the gentleman that was there the gentleman that works there helped me get my truck I was in and out quick and easy. They are very nice and I would definitely recommend and this is not the first time I used them and I’m pretty sure it will not be the last lol
AMBER PMy experience at this location was extremely negative. The manager/employee who called me spoke to me in a disrespectful and humiliating manner and even threatened to report that I had “stolen” the trailer. I have been a loyal U‑Haul customer for many years in multiple states (Florida, New York, and New Jersey), and I have never been treated this way. Because of this unacceptable behavior, I will never pick up or return any vehicle or trailer at this location again.
