make sure trucks are ready to go the truck i rented the rear door on the box was very hard to close i had to get a friend to help me open and close door i feel i should get some kind of refund you can contact me if you like

Michael BMy only complaint was with the drop off. We arrived at the location around 11:30, as we were instructed to do, and the entire parking lot - from the back lot where the trucks and trailers were typically parked, to the front customer lot - was full and packed with various sized trucks. I had a 4x8 trailer, and we could not get it to where the other trailers were parked because of how densely packed the bigger trucks were. It seemed as though every customer was told to return their equipment within the same hour window
Hadassah HI rented my truck from a place five minutes from my home. Instead, I had to drive 35 minutes, an hour and ten minutes. So i guess I can't really comment on the place I rented it from since I didn't go there.
David KCheck in guy was a grumpy dick. Also he didn’t have the second dolly that I ordered and needed. Truck was in decent condition but engine revved way too high in every gear and jolted when shifting gears automatically. Later when I returned it I bought a Gatorade and the check out lady was also a grumpy dick, “don't you have cash?”. Who carries cash anymore, lady? This is the 21st century and I just paid over $100 to have you and your grumpy boyfriend take out your passive aggressive Republican angry bullshit on me. Fuck you both, you miserable fucks! How about that?

Neveah DOver all customer service was excellent. Uhaul central phone customer service was extremely helpful whe we had a on route change of plans and had to leave a car on a car hauler in Buffalo for the weekend. Helped us find a uhaul location to do this. Overall an excellant experience.

ANDREW ILong wait time to get my truck. Location did not have the tow dolly i needed so I had to travel to a different location to pick up my tow dolly. this wasted a lot of my time. The location that I picked up the tow dolly had the truck and the dolly i reserved. Why didn't u-haul let me know this and have me pick up the truck and dolly at same location.

Federico GUnfortunately, we rented a truck from a Mentor location and when we got there to pick it up they didn’t have one. They then sent us to another location and again they didn’t have a truck for us. We were very frustrated and disappointed and had wasted two hours of our moving time. Finally this location was able to help us.

Timothy MThey charged my credit card twice and I was told a lie that they would give me my money back the same day they didn’t. I had a call back today Sunday and they said well it’s gonna take about 3 to 5 days. The truck was dirty when I picked it up and then the drop off location doesn’t even have a Uhaul sign off of country back road. It’s like a welding place. There was nowhere to park it and it was all muddy and had a pit holes of water in it absolutely terrible experience. I will never use Uhaul again.
