This is not a 24 hour drop off location. This is not labelled ANYWHERE. There is no key drop box location. I wasted 2 hours on the phone with U-Haul customer service before they finally allowed me to leave the U-Haul here. Horrible experience.

This is the second location I had to go to. My guaranteed rental at the Miller location was not there. So my 1030 pick up turned into a 1145 pick up at the Owen Manor location. I do appreciate the compensation with the extra days of rental but I didn't really need them. Would just recommend better organization. Driving 90 miles to pick up a rental and having to again drive to another location set my moving plans back one day.

The agent called to inform me that they were not open on the day of drop off. I dropped the trailer off near other trailers as there was no specific location for drop off.

Even though I returned my truck and trailer 36 hours after it was rented, (It was a 5 day rental) I was charged another full days rental to have it moved to a different location. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I received $40 back from my $125 deposit. Not happy at all.

No windshield washer liquid filled in the vehicle. I booked a furniture dolly online, but no dolly available at the store. I had to lift all my furniture with my hands. Driver cabin is a bit dirty. Needs a cleaning. Other than that, store and process are perfect.

I happened to return it 20 mins late due to a number of extenuating circumstances, and this doubled the cost of my rental. It was good, but at this cost, I don't know if I would do this again.

Uhaul drop off location could use a sign directing where to drop off but was relatively easy to find due to there being a couple other pieces of Uhaul equipment there.

workers brought the uhaul from a quiet uhaul parking area to ground zero black friday mobs at wilsons greenhouse. i think they were trying to be nice or something but they just drove a 26'-0" van into a traffic jam for me to inspect and do a walk around. really stupid. workers told me there was a half tank. i took a picture of the gas gauge, it was not a half tank. and there is a fucking gas station about 10'-0" from where they park your vans and they left it for me to fill. on my time. the time i am paying you to rent the van. so i do my walk around in this snow covered slippery parking lot and the attendant left me so i can't even whine about not even getting a 'full' half-a-tank of fuel and i am surrounded by angry soccer moms doing black friday weekend shopping or whatever. i found a half frozen glass bottle full of water in the glove box that would probably have exploded and leaked all over if i hadn't taken it out.it was probably there because some asshole already ruined the cupholder on that nice new rig of yours. the rates also drastically changed from my first rental last weekend to this weekend for some reason i was allowed like an extra 100 miles last time compared to this weekend. as mentioned i rented from you guys last week too, for our garage and yard stuff from saskatoon to moose jaw. dispatch tried to send me to wilkie to courrier your vans around for you. like for free. other than all that bullshit i like your vans, its good value for money and i like your company, tell your storefronts in saskatoon to buck-up and take some pride in your brand for fuck-sake. sending out bad product is unsafe!

I would definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone and I would utilize U-Haul again in the future. I was in dire need of a vehicle to move my belongings as the moving company that I had, Jays Trucking, arranged never showed up. I had a deadline as I purchased a new home and had a move in date. U-Haul website was very user friendly, the price was as quoted, the service was excellent, the truck was clean, no mechanical issues, fuel efficient and was at the pick location as scheduled. Thank you U-Haul !!!

Drop the ridiculous policy of charging double to drop a trailer at the nearest u haul store . I had to drive 35 minutes instead of 2 . Anyone liveing on the north or west side of Saskatoon must cross the city . Insane !!

There was absolutely no U-Haul signage, and no indication of where the key dropbox was located. I was trying to drop off the equipment before the location was open in the morning, as I had to be at my new job, but there was no indication of where to leave the key. I had to return on my lunch break to complete the process. Even though the app said I had returned the truck successfully, this is misleading and requires an internal review. I have a screenshot on my phone indicating this. I was also promised by the staff member Chris that I would not be charged extra for the rental, as I was reassured I would not be charged for overages as I had to take a 300km trip just to get the tow dolly. I don't wish this experience on anyone.

Worst customer experience of my life. gave me a cargo van instead of the truck I requested which wouldn't haul the containers I ordered so not helpful. Impossible to directly call or contact local office so forced to explain situation countless times. Hung up on me. Multiple calls on hold over 30 mins prior to connection. Loaded U Box backwards so we couldn't open door. Took over an hour to get containers switched. Another 45 after driving home and back to have them turn them around. Added random charge for van rental. Issues a refund for WAY less then random charge. Made complaint never recorded. Told manager could contact me and no one ever did. Absolutely appalling experience. Will actively pursue remediation and will warm my vast network to avoid at all costs. Terrified of how much worse the rest of the experience will be however as I have one day to move from my house and lost countless hours dealing with. Ineptitude I have no time for alternatives. Very disappointing.

Very tricky to find for those not familiar with the area so better signage to help customers know where they need to go would be helpful. The hours in U-Haul website seem to be s bit shorter than the stores actual operation time but perhaps as I arrived during the time noted they helped me.

Please provide adequate training to U-Haul locations that are businesses that do not primarily deal with U-Haul rentals. I selected this location as it was near my loading location, thinking I would be able to save time. Unfortunately, I was wrong and probably lost time because I selected this location. The staff member who handled my rental did not appear to know to process a rental. I had reserved the rental on-line and it took +30 minutes to process the paper work. I was about to cancel the rental and go to another location. He took pictures of my drivers license about 5 or 6 times, asked for the same telephone numbers 3 or 4 times. After 15 minutes, I asked him if there was something wrong with the rental and why it was taking so long but never got a straight answer. After 30 minutes, he finally decided that he did not know how to complete the paper work and asked for help. Another staff member came and completed the paper work for him in less than a minute. I don't know why he didn't ask for help earlier? Maybe this was a male asking for help from a female? If something is not working or if you don't know how to do something...please swallow your pride and don't be embarrassed by asking for help !!! If you are expanding the U-Haul locations to businesses that are not U-Haul depots, please ensure the staff are properly trained. On the same day, I had to rent a trailer from a U-Haul depot and was out in less than 5 minutes. Maybe I was unlucky and got a new staff member but if I knew there was a chance of getting served by untrained staff, I would had never gone to the first location. I would not recommend this location for rental pickup given that it may take more than 30 minutes before you are able to leave with your rental.

We waited half an hour to get the keys as the staff member tried to figure out the computer system for U-Haul. The van had not been swept out in front, with gravel under the seats and a spill of something sticky on the floor. When I checked in at the end I wasn't sure it worked. Wison's did not have a key box and I did not feel great about leaving the keys in the vehicle overnight.

Very nice location, very friendly staff, however, there was only one Uhaul representative, so they were a bit slow. They also were having some problems with the Uhaul program crashing on their computer. These delays resulted in a late fee charged to me, even though I arrived at the return location 20-30 minutes before my allotted time. Uhaul did reverse the charges when I appealed it, but just be aware of that issue when returning your items.

I called the day before pick up to verify hitch ball size and they told me any ball size would fit? When arrived found out that it only took 2 inch. Had to buy a new hitch and ball because of this false communication. After I got all this done and started on our way realized one rear tire was flat? Also no jack to raise hitch of the trailer up to hook on too. Very heavy to lift by hand.

The Uhaul website is not clear regarding return times for trailers. Pick up time is chosen but only return date is chosen. It is assumed rental is for 24 hours however this is not clearly communicated when you book. If you return after 24 hours YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA DAY. I learned this the hard way!

Our reservation was invalid and we were only informed when we tried to receive the truck. The location owner gave me a number and told me to figure it out on my own. This left us with no truck when we had 1 day to move out of our sold house. This caused an extreme amount of stress. I called the number and spoke to 8 different people before completing a reservation. This took 3 hours out of our moving day and upset us greatly. The following day the truck was released to us the two hours later then our reservation confirmation. Very disappointed and will not use or recommend uhaul to anyone.

The only complaint is the 2-day policy on the 5x8 trailer b/c I did not need it for 2 days only 1 day and the cost of it is no less. I think this is good for your business but not for the customers pocket!!

It took 45 minutes to work everything out and get the truck. And the guy had told us that if we put it on our credit card it would just be a hold and we would be able to sort it out and pay with debt when dropping off. Also i was supposed to be reimbursed for the dolly i didnt need but was not.!

We received an E-Mail telling us where to''DROP OFF'' the trailer which ended up being in a parkinglot at the address given. Did not see nor spoke to anyone as the trailer was left there. Wished that this portion of our contract had the reassurance of leaving the equipment with someone rather than somewhere on a lot. Did phone the return agency to confirm that trailer had been returned as specified.

I did the pre check in online and gave my license and visa number to speed up the pick up. Then when I got there had to do it all again. That made no sense to me and took about 20 to 25 min. I was not pleased with that process.

The customer service was terrible. It is a garden centre and there is a certain service desk to go to for dealing with U-HAUL. We waited at the service desk for several minutes without any assistance. Three associates walked by us without acknowledging us or offering any help. A fourth associate (Krystina) was talking to a friend and wouldn't come to help us even though she saw us. I had to go over and ask her who could help us with a trailer return. Her facial expression made it clear we were an interruption and that it was a nuisance to have to come help. She processed our trailer return without any conversation. When I had some questions she gave no eye contact. When I pointed out we should be getting a partial refund because we used the trailer for less than 24 hours she said she couldn't process that because she doesn't have clearance. I asked who else in the store could look after this and she said no one could, and that I could come back later or wait for the person who knew how to call her back. She lacked every skill required to provide quality customer service. A second associate came to the same desk shortly after and he couldn't process the refund either. He said they're not given clearance for a lot of things. If that is the case then Wilson's is not empowering their associates to be of full use to their clientele and all services they provide. It took 20 minutes before the associate "helping" us finally called U-Haul directly for some help. Finally she was able to process the refund. However she had not refunded the full amount and argued with me about it. I decided to leave and call U-haul myself. They had to process an additional refund for the $8+ that I was shorted. I will not use Wilson's for U-Haul again even though it is closest to my home than other locations.

They are a relatively new uhaul location and staff are still learning the ropes; i had to wait about 20 minutes until one of the few staff members who knew how to handle uhaul drop offs - could be freed up. Other than that, things were fine; staff member was friendly and the drop off went very well thereafter. Thx

I reserved a trailer to be picked up at 11am. As I was ON MY WAY to pick it up I received a call saying that my uhaul reservation is not available at the location I booked at online and I need to go to another location. No big deal though, new location is only an extra 5 minutes out of the way. Once at the new location, I waited over 25 minutes before the attendant was able to get my reservation rolling. Check in process took 10 minutes as well. Head out to hook up the trailer and.. the trailer only has a flat head 4 pin hook up for the lights/brakes. Chevy Silverado half ton has a 7 pin hook up. The pick up place did not have any adaptors and I had to leave to go to Walmart and buy an adaptor on my own dime and come back before I could leave with the trailer. Did that... made it home two hours after leaving to pick up the trailer. What a gong show. *** I must say though the person helping me at the pick up location was really nice and apologetic about the wait. And the pick up is at a wholesale greenhouse landscaping business which is very large and was super busy. The drop off was painless. I pulled up and parked the trailer, unhooked it myself and went and checked out. Kid went out and did a look over quick. All good

Drop off location was supposed to be in Rosetown SK. Upon arrival they told me they are not a U-haul location anymore. I had to drive an extra hour and 40 min to find the nearest U-haul location. In total that was an extra 3 hours 20 min on top of the two hours of driving to get to and from Rosetown. I did not compensate for the extra $100 in fuel consumption but figured getting my deposit back would put enough fuel in my tank to get me back to my new home. I didn't get my deposit back, instead I got a promis that my deposit would be mailed to me. I was empty on fuel and had no cash to get home. I had no choice but to go to a pawn shop and pawn a bunch of my power tools. I am very upset to have to do this. I am not happy. In fact I'm very very upset.

The back of the truck had garbage in it. The email I got from you guys ended up in my spam folder so I had no idea the location changed. Went to where I booked it, said not there, and this other location called good morning carwash, not there. Finally found your email of location change. Need to make emails not look like spam.
