It’s a gas station! Counter person kept stopping to help me every time a ‘gas station’ customer came in. No help hitching trailer, no hitch or lighting check. I felt like an inconvenience. Will never use this location again.

Marlon BAfter paying for the trailer and going out to hook it up, the gentlemen informed me that unit didn’t have a “wiring extension” which I’d need to purchase in order to leave. So I had to go to an auto parts store and spend $17.99 on a wiring extension for the trailer lights to make it work. Another unit there that was just sitting had the needed extension, but wouldn’t let me take it off cause it had a future reservation. To me, this is not fair and resembled a bait and switch. This is the closest U-Haul to me, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere or with a different company all together. Every other U-Haul trailer I’ve rented has this wiring extension on the unit.

GREGORY DAttendant could barely speak, write or understand English. Pick up location is in a busy gas station with only one attendant.
