The truck was in horrible condition. Constantly shaked and sounded like it was going to break down the entire trip. The truck also used up gas way more than it should have. I rented multiple trucks before but never did I have to fill up so much

This “location” was just a fenced in parking lot with a should've been condemned camper on it. There were homeless people tented up all around, and I had to call the number I used to reserve to verify I was in the right location. He told me he would be there soon (this was at 10:19am and my reservation started at 10:30am). The person was late and gave me little info, had me sign something on his phone, then opened the door to the Uhaul, told me I could park it on the street and put keys in gate box when finished, and walked away. It was very sketchy and I wasn't comfortable. This location should be closed.

There was nowhere to park the uhaul when we went to drop it off after hours. Street parking only. Spent an hour trying to figure out where to park.

Prices were ridiculous compared to the advertised $29 daily rate. I had it for 2 hours, and by the time I paid for the rental fee, mileage, insurance, and fuel, it cost me over $150. I'll find another option next time.

Tow dolly literally fell apart along the way. Ratchets were rusted out and barely usable. Lost one tail light and I had to tape the other one on. Uhaul failed to keep my reservation data safe and now has exposed me to potential fraud. I'm not happy and I am considering taking legal action against uhaul for the poor performance of your extremely poorly maintained equipment, uhaul put myself and the occupants of my vehicle at risk and for failing to protect my personal data! Despicable! I will use any other option before I use uhaul again for my equipment needs. I want 100% of my money returned to me.

The location is confusing it says U-Haul with some lock boxes in the yard of a landscaping company. I use the help function of the app to get ahold of someone. I called both number provided and was forwarded each time. I saw a number on tore sign on the gate with a phone number to get ahold of someone. So I call the person and he tells me he didn't think he had anymore people today and he would be there in ten minutes. He was very nice but I don't see why this system is set up so that someone has to find one of three numbers to call someone to come down ten minutes after the appointment time. Truck worked well and returning it was easy.

This location sits right next to a homeless camp in a very sketchy area. Was accused of returning the truck but not the key to the truck. Very unprofessional of the owner of this location to assume that my boyfriend and I had kids and thats how the key was loss when the keys were simply put in the lock box attached the gate. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone ever! William and his brother are very unprofessional and sketchy I am still waiting to here back on the out of the missing key.

This should not be a location to do business. There was not an office, there was literally only a man on the street with a cell phone checking people in. The street was sketchy, only feet away were signs of homeless camping, such as a full shopping basket, and a car full of horrible junk. This is not acceptable.

The truck share on the app didn't work as planned and I ended up spending an hour on the phone, mostly on hold, to get the app to provide the right info for me to access the truck. The location wasn't open until 10am and I had a 7am pickup so there was no one to help.

The truck assigned was missing the whole key hole. The key in the lock box was for a different truck. We waited on the phone for an hour to talk to someone to get the truck switched on our reservation to match the key. Very inconvenient and took forever before we could actually leave with the truck. Also the system said our phone numbers were in use for a different reservation? So that was tricky.

Uhaul had to be parked on the side of a road with no staff around, no gate around, and homeless people around the area. Would be very easy for the equipment to get stolen and the operator to be blamed.

This is my third or fourth time using U-haul in Denver and it's always been a headache as the truck I reserve is never ready and my reservation either gets cancelled or they move me to another location. I truly appreciate Naomi and Dave's help as they went above and beyond to make sure I was still able to rent a truck near my original location and refunded me $50 for not having my reservation ready at the location I chose. The other person I spoke to who I cannot remember their name was extremely rude and dismissive, even though my pick up was self reserve/mobile check in, I wasn't given any information as to HOW to obtain the truck. The location I went to literally didn't have anyone working, the door was locked, I called the number for the location and of course the number is disconnected (this has happened to me at least a few times before when I attempted to rent a truck from Uhaul). I wasn't given the lock box code ahead of time, I had to call to obtain it, I couldn't login and retrieve the information because the website wasn't working and when I returned the truck I could not do the mobile return because the website again wasn't working and I had to call Dave to make sure they received everything. I truly don't like to complain, but using Uhaul in Denver has been nothing but a major headache every time. I am not new to using Uhaul, I used it countless times in Florida and never had any issues, there was an actual Uhaul building with people who work for Uhaul in them and Uhaul trucks outside. I rented a truck from Home Depot before and now I will continue to do so as I prefer to deal with professionalism and whenever I reserve a truck with them it's always available otherwise they don't allow you to reserve one.

This is a small location with a trailer as an office and a fenced in lot. When we arrived the gate was locked (could not access truck) with a small/hidden sign with a phone number to call. We lost quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to get to our assigned truck (parked behind other trucks and behind the locked gate) before even noticing the number to call to then wait for someone to drive over to help .

There was no one there!!! Directions to WMC were not helpful. Talked to a guy on the phone who tried to help. Ended up leaving truck in front of gate and put key and contract in a lockbox. This was a very unpleasant way to end our trip!!

Dave (local UHaul employee) met us at the pickup location and was extremely helpful (and friendly). That really made the experience of renting the truck very enjoyable.

Horrible experience picking up vehicle. Took over 30 minutes to get, including 25 minutes on the phone on hold waiting to talk to customer service. Kept getting told to go to the counter - there was no counter- the vehicle was parked outside of a building with no one at the address. Ordered and paid for a furniture dolly - no furniture dolly was in the truck - made moving the furniture almost unbearable.
