I was charged $37 for "extra mileage". I tried to dispute but location wasn't open at the time of return. I never received a phone call concerning the dispute but they charged my card causing my account to go negative as its not an account I keep money in all the time. I just would have appreciated a phone call explaining how I supposedly went over my mileage. Oh well....lesson learned.

Michael H. | Overall ExperienceAgain, not the most personal clerk I have met. Found out I was at the wrong location (see previous comments) and was told there was probably an additional charge. I had paid for a 3 day use but due to a schedule change only use it for one day but was told there was no refund for the unused 2 days. At this point I just turned and left. The trailer had been unhooked and placed in line around 0830 but the office didn't open until 0900.

Orville S.Battery went dead overnight after a short local haul. We jump-wired it to start it and continued on haul to Texas from Alabama. Never did figure out why it went dead - no lights were left on, etc. - but it started the second day and we were able to complete the haul. Suspect the battery is weak, but still can't figure out why it went dead.

Johnny C.I reached the drop off location and as instructed by the rental notice I was supposed to check in/drop off via the Uhaul website. Guess what....It was "down due to expected updates"! Really?????? I had to go to the drop off site the next day to complete my return. The truck was very comfortable and provided exactly what I needed. Thank you!

David B.The sales person did not explain things correctly she did not tell me I was being charged a deposit so when I go check my account 100 was missing couldn't call because they close at 3 couldn't cancel anything because then I'd have to wait 4 to 5 days to get a refund and I was traveling out of state with my personal belongs Was shown where the gas was at took it back with that exact amount was told by drop off location it was not correct I will NEVER rent front this location and probably not from uhaul ever the absolute worst ever experience I have ever had with uhaul I called customer service 2xs and was told they would have the field manager call me one field manager never called but put in the notes he did I never had any missed calls or voicemails. And he refused to refund me my 55 for the insurance I stated I did not need. Because I was unable to even drive the uhaul I'm over pissed off with my experience I have made sure to upload my review to my 30000 followers and I'm standing on it u feel like my problems have not been resolved and may not and in the middle of a pandemic I made sure to spend my money wisely so extra charges and fees and adding things I was unaware of put me more into a financial bind and I feel like uhaul could care less
Antwanette I.We scheduled a truck pick up for this location through the uhaul app for 8:30am...when we got to the place that morning, there was no way to pick up our truck/pads. We ended up having to wait until the location opened. This was a surprise and frustration given the confirmed time and that uhaul boasts about offering these services. Once the lady arrived to open we had excellent service and were taken care of, but we were expecting to be able to pick up our equipment as scheduled.

Donnie H.Uhaul, for the second time, rented me a piece of equipment that the location did not have. The location staff was able to remove the charge, to their credit. Also, I had to change the dropoff spot because the scheduled location was 30 minutes from my house despite the fact that a dropoff location exists 3 miles from me.

John A.Transmission was bad, truck kept shifting out of gear. One of the two 12volt ports didn't work. The ramp was difficult to lock in place. The trailer we used for the car, upon our return to Vegas one of the tire harnesses would not come unlocked.
