From start to finish, this has been a horrible experience and because of mistakes made at the wolfeboro location we are still experiencing billing issues and outrageous charges in my credit card. At a very difficult time, I was not pleased to add in the extra stress and problems that began with a poorly placed reservation through the wolfeboro office, a cavalier attitude iof the owner to the fallout issues with billing at our drop off location. I will probably need to use a rental truck service in the near future, but I will never use the wolfeboro uhaul again. I will probably look to use a competitor.CHRISTOPHER S.

was told I could drop off in Littleton, was not told that there is no drop off in Littleton, had to drop off in Lanscaster, one hour round trip, not happy. Correct response in Wolfeboro would be "sorry sir there is no drop off in Littleton, will have to drop at Lanscaster or St, Johnsbury (also one hour plus round trip)" Wolfeboro knew there was no drop off in Littleton!! Not ok will not be using U-Haul ever,will not recommend, will tell all to avoid use of U-HaulDANIEL L.

I had no problem with this location. However, I had problems getting a vehicle. I was supposed to get a vehicle from Sal's but didn't find out that they weren't renting UHAUl till the last minute. Also I had entered all info ahead of time online but had to reenter it at the site. Very confusing process. It took me an hour to finally get a vehicle.Victoria T.

I couldn't get the ride share 24/7 app. to read my location... I went thru everything in my phone and apps to make sure I had location turned on. If it wasn't for the owner of this location helping me out I would of canceled it all together. Very grateful to him !!Dave B.

Location is not manned for returns. A note on the door sent you to a location across the street but that office was locked up also. Just a little inconvenience.Ricky D.

This was horrible. No fault of the owner. The online pickup didn't work. So we returned the next day and had to get pushed out of the lot due to poor tires and ice only to get stuck in our driveway. It took 11 gallons though we only drove 57 miles and I got charged twice full price after being told I'd be discounted for my trouble. Oh and the windshield wipers were broken. It seemed like if it could go wrong it did. It got our stuff moved but seems like no one had the power or authority to make things right and when they did it got more messed up. You've got a broken system and will lose repeat customers because of it.Tricia M.

Wolfeboro has very limited cell phone coverage. At the location I had no T-Mobile reception and could not use my phone to pick up or return. It would be helpful if each location had Wi-FI that had limited cell phone coverage, you could then use Wi-Fi calling. Adding a guest port to the office router is simple and easy.BILL Z.
