Cornelius DIt's a parking lot next door to the car wash businesses. Felt a little cramped but was entirely sufficient for pick up. Personnel were friendly and helpful too.

Harold CThe booking process itself when picking up the truck was horrible. I didn’t expect to have to take a bunch of photos in the pouring rain or go across the street to pick up the key etc. added way more time to pickup. The truck was in rough shape. Abs and traction control lights flashing when barely even touching the gas. Squeaky brakes. Very rough ride. And then the drop off process. Okay- but the guy at Alton home lumber was a little rude when telling us we shouldn’t have parked the truck where we did due to it being dangerous for his guys- yet there was absolutely no instructions on where to park the truck either on the app or at the location. 2 out of 10 experience overall. I would not rent a u haul again in the future due to this experience.
