The check engine light was on. The heat did not work and mind you it’s 5 degrees outside. The engine light started flashing. Called the place I got it from they said that it was fine and just an error.

The van I had reserved was not available when we arrived so they switched us to a truck. I told the woman at the counter we were only going six miles. She said she would put in 10 miles and then it "would be corrected" once we got back. I just received my receipt and see that I was charged for 10 miles even though we drove 6 miles. I submitted this information to the email address Uhaul suggested (752004_gm@uhaul.com), only to then receive an email back saying that email address is an error. Very frustrating. What should have cost around $25 cost instead nearly $40.

It was COLD and snowing out and it was pretty obvious that no one wanted to go outside and help with the trailer. The nut that tightens the trailer to my hitch wouldn't turn (someone had cranked it up against the roll pin on top of the bolt too tight!) and they had to help me get it loose. But they were helpful and we got the trailer connected, checked out and released.

There was no contact with people. Arrived to drop off truck, there were no signs where to park it. I walked up to drop box and app said scan code above drop box, but there was no code AGAIN. I clicked on unable to scan bar code in app, and it told me drop keys in box and someone would call .d shortly. NO ONE Called. I left truck there and Sunday morning the app tells me order still open. I used chat again and they told me to call store to close order. I told them after all I been through, why don't they call the store. They ended chat or just didn't respond, so I called customer service and they noted the account and said they would message store to close the order. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE 26 HOURS OF WORKING WITH UHAUL. We were dropping my son at c college and were unable to take him to dinner before leaving because of the hassles and lateness due to Uhaul.

I was only 1 & a 1/2 hour late returning the trailer but I was charged a full extra day. This is not the fault of the location. This does not make me a happy customer.

I walked in the store and made sure I was in the right place. The staff took the key and said they would send an invoice. Couldn’t have been easier.

The cargo van appeared to have been previously used to haul Christmas trees, so there was snow, ice, dirt, pine needles and sap all over the van the inside of the van. Tire pressure was nearly 20 below required PSI and had the indicator lit on the dash when I got in. Gas tank was only half full and the attendant tried putting in paperwork that it was 3/4 full.

This location is GREAT. Legit so easy and wonderful helpful staff My only issue would be warn people about the return process. It was 18 degrees on return and I was freezing my butt taking pictures that’s no one’s fault but my own tho

I like renting vehicles from this location. The location is close and the owners are efficient with the rental process. The only issue I have is each van(s) we rent needed the vendor to check a few things before releasing it for a road trip. We often have to fill the washer fluid and have, on previous occasions, added oil to the recommended level. A recurring problem is with tire pressures. To drive safely, especially when the van is loaded, the tire pressures must be at the recommended pressure. On this occasion, all 4 tires needed up to 40 additional pounds of pressure to get to the recommended 90 ib. (as printed on the side of each tire). The "spare" is very difficult to check and fill because of it's storage location, so we carry a portable air pump with us in case we needed to use the spare tire. I would strongly encourage this vendor and all rental locations be required to check tire pressures and tire tread condition, all fluids and add air or fluids if needed. Improperly inflated tires can cause accidents and this would be a especially true when you have a loaded truck or van. For safety sake, please see these things are checked before you provide them for customers. Thank you.

We had originally reserved the trailer at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Ann Arbor; when we arrived, we learned that the trailer reservation wasn't finalized. Brandon Mallory went WAY out of his way to help us not only arrange a trailer at Wolverine Party Shop, but also arranged for us to pick it up early, Both of the managers at these two facilities were extremely helpful; I can't say enough nice things about them and their service. Brandon also helped us rebook helpers for our move. EXCELLENT SERVICE, ABOVE AND BEYOND!

This is the 2nd time I've rented a U-Haul from Wolverine Party Shoppe. I will never be able to say enough positive things before running out of space! From start to finish, it is nothing but a positive experience. The staff is not only friendly and professional, but they answer every question you have. Pick up and drop off? Who knew it could be that easy? While I hope this is my last move, I will highly recommend this location to everyone I know who needs a rental.100% satisfied! I was annoyed that this was not my original pick up location and was told the day before that my location was moved because the original reservation could not be filled. What is the point of reserving a truck a month in advance if you can’t count on it. That’s a UHaul issue. This location was great. Very friendly and my van was impeccable.

Charged for 2 gallons of gas. I put gas in, at the station down the road, SHELL, but it is whatever. I just will not choose U-Haul again. I took pictures of the gas gauge before and after so I shouldn’t have been charged.

The trailer I rented was shaking violently when I drove up to 50 miles per hour. I had to drive it an hour to the destination and an hour back and it took a long time because I could not exceed 50 mph on the highway. It felt like the wheel was going to fall off while I was driving. It gave me a lot of anxiety and my car was shaking the whole trip. The equipment should be inspected and maintained before each rental. This was a bad experience.
