Was told I had to use this drop off location because a Uhaul rep was required to disconnect the trailer for me and the rep at the location I wanted to use was physically unable. I received no help at the drop off location I was forced to use the rep did not even come out of the building. I took pictures of the dropped off trailer that I disconnected myself to protect myself from false claims. I was given the run around over a company policy that required a Uhaul rep to disconnect the trailer forcing me to use an out of the way location only for the Uhaul rep not only to not disconnect the trailer but she didn't even come outside or even look at the equipment in any way.

THOMAS SThey appeared to have a poor wi-if connection. It took over 30 mins to get a receipt for having returned the trailer. The attendant didn’t even offer to direct and disconnect the trailer which I have to do myself. She didn’t even check if the trailer had been damaged or not. If I were a business owner, I would have severely warned her for irresponsibility.
