Overcharged for mileage by 300 miles. Given truck with 5/8 of a tank of gas and filled it to 7/8 before dropping it off but was charged for 3 gal of gas. Truck smelled heavily of cigarettes. Been waiting for a resolution on my overcharge for over a week now.chris C.

So the gas gauge on the truck was iffy. We thought it was below 1/4 of a tank when we had to have it at 3/8 when we returned it. We tried filling it up and the gauge wouldn't work. So we left and then the next morning when we started it it was at 5/8. So I know I'm not the only one who doesn't want to pay more money than is needed. So if I could get a refund for the extra 1/4 tank of gas I put in that would be great.Braydon T.

The window handle on the driver's side fell off, so it was not possible to lower window. Also reserved unit was not available at our location so we were forced to travel to Laramie to pick it up. It was reserved over 3 weeks prior to date needed. All my friends told me not to use U-haul as "they never have the unit that you reserve and you will have to travel to somewhere to get the promised unit.. Bad way of doing business.Mary M.

Odometer mileage was wrong by 5 miles, 66221 on the truck and 66216 on the contract the manager corrected it on the contract in pen he signed it and left his phone number. I left this contract at the drop off point with the key in the key drop box. I was charged for the wrong mileage.Michael M.
