The owner of the location was a bit rude. By rude I mean, we called him for asking the information about the truck and recommendation for which truck to choose, he is saying us that all information is available on the app or website check there. He should definitely learn how to do customer service

The younger attendant that helped me upon pick up was fine, however the older attendant when I went back today to clarify on returning U-Haul was rude and dismissive. I waited in line until it was my turn and rather than answering my question he just brushed me off and told me U-Haul system closed on Sunday. Rather than explaining and clarifying my questions he just started helping other customers and told me to not waste his time when I waited until he was done and I was the only customer in store. Feel free to ask for security footage of how the interaction went down but if these guys don’t want to be helpful for U-Haul customers maybe don’t host U-Haul at their location. Experiences with attendants like them gives U-Haul a bad reputation and I hope U-Haul seriously review all other feedback on their google reviews page when renewing their partnership with this store.

Fuel tank was not completely full when we picked up the truck, but it was hard to tell by looking at the fuel gauge. It looked like full, however when we refueled the vehicle before returning we put in almost 15L ($25) of gas, but we only drove 19 kms.

Bad experience I was charged fuel surcharged even after I brought back the vehicle after topping up to the original level that was 3/4 when I picked up the vehivle.

Issues with app not recognizing location X sell agent was very helpful calling helpline several times to clarify we were there to pick up etc. otherwise highly recommended!

I had a reservation for 9 AM but he didn't show up to open the store till 9:30 and this delay resulted in missing my appointment to pick up my load at the shop. The staff at this location were so rude and disrespectful! The van was full of garbage which I had to clean it myself!

The only issue that I met was picking it up; The signal at that location was very bad, not a u-haul problem but possibly a public wifi where pick ups happen can be useful.

I didn't receive enough amount of moving carpets, I paid for 12, received only 5, when I went to return the truck, the guy was very rude, no time to help, rudely said it will a while to help me even no customers were there. Said If I want to return I should do it online myself. Won't recommend to anyone.

The driver’s side window crank is missing its knob… this made it virtually impossible to roll the window down. This is a simple thing to fix, U-Haul should do this right away. No need for this simple repair to be left not done. This criticism is of U-Haul, not of Xsell Convenience. Xsell Convenience was helpful, courteous and friendly.

The experience was smooth and everything was fine with the vehicle. The person dealing with the hire was helpful. I would recommend entering your driving license details for the check-in ahead of time. You have to do the check in on your phone when you arrive, and so having the license details pre registered will save you time.

Ensure previous customers bring back trucks in time for next customer….waited 1.5 hours until truck arrived. Would have been nice to be compensated for my time loss.

The gas was filled almost 5/8, but they marked it 6/8. So I have to overpay $10. because I just filled the gas 5/8, when I returned it.

Xsell convenience did a wonderful job with the U-Haul. We were able to pick up and drop off the U-Haul with no problems. I would definitely use their service again.

Check in & check out is a horrible experience. Both application and website were not responding & didn't allow or very slow in uploading/taking pictures. Also it took a long time for customer service to respond to my issues.

Please train staff better. The associate helping us on the phone was untrained in certain situations and ended up accusing us of scamming the company.
