How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was a padlock on the back of the truck and I was unable to get the code from the owners of this truck at the location. I had to reach out to customer service for them to contact the owners at this location. Half of my allotted time was wasted trying to communicate with this location. Do not rent from them
SEUNG WThe U-HAUL representative at the convenience store was not helpful and did not understand the situation I was in. The system had an error on my file by mistake and the representative insisted that it was my problem. She also could not communicate well because of weird English accent! I also had to wait about 30 minutes on the phone to get connected to an assistant for the problem which I was not at fault and this made me be behind my moving schedule!

By rude I mean, we called him for asking the information about the truck and recommendation for which truck to choose, he is saying us that all information is available on the app or website check there. He should definitely learn how to do customer service
