Douglas LAfter hours drop off, I called Customer service about an issue with the truck and was told the most they would charge for cleaning was 150 which I felt was reasonable. This location didn't call or anything and charged me 250 which is ridiculous. Poorly lit property after dark and hard to locate from roadway.

Jeffrey KTruck was damaged, headlight was taped on so it wouldn't fallout, with the blinker bulb laying loosely in side, steering was very dangerous the truck should not have been on the road, it was the worst rental I've ever experienced!

Peter LI was told three different prices wasn’t informed of the gas mileage price that’s it cheapest on Sunday was charged $119 told me there were all these extra fees I think I should have been informed of that information before hand so I could have known the truck was all over the road very bad front end that truck shouldn’t have been on the road only had one headlight working very very unsatisfactory I still can’t believe I was charged that to go only 20 minutes from one house to the next insane I’ll never rent another uhaul again!!!!!

Mike MAgain, our house is a couple blocks from a Uhaul center. Initally we were instructed to drop it off 4 miles west and after we drove there, got a text that the location was on the other side of town. This was an extra 45 minutes of unnecessary driving. The location looked like an abandoned old car lot or something. Gravel parking lot. It would be a lot handier to just drop it off at the nearest location.
