RICHARD G100 Stars! Amazing customer service! Daniel is super awesome, helpful, and makes everything quick & easy. The trucks are well kept, clean, and perfect for all your moving needs. Also they have lots of other moving equipment like dollies, protective wrap, etc. If you need a Uhaul, this is the place! Thank you!
David AI rented the truck and returned it the same day with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up—about 1/4 of a tank. I drove only 22 miles and added 3 gallons of gas before returning the truck, which should have been more than enough to cover the 22 miles. To my surprise, they claimed that I returned the truck with only 1/8 of a tank and charged me an additional $55 for fuel. I contacted them and provided pictures proving that the truck was returned with the same fuel level as when I picked it up, but they refused to refund the charge. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with how this was handled, and I don’t think I ever use their services again.

MICHAEL CIt was always friendly. Business is family owned and are very helpful and understanding. Vehicles are always neat and they try to accommodate our needs, as much as they can. The vehicle's inside technology also gives us comfort to drive safely. We have tried almost all sizes and every one are really helpful. Dolly's and ropes are available for extra money. They also rent for events, i guess. Lots of parking and key drop box is outside , so you can have little more extra room for dropping your key before the next day. i have learnt here that, if you need one more extra day continuously than your booking time, they will help you with that too, and do the extension of the day than a new reservation as they hold your deposit money again. Good Luck and you have a positive and safe trip with them too.

Joshua FThe truck was used the night before . When they checked it out to me ont he receipt they put there was 5/8 ths gas tank when it had less than half. When I returned the vehicle they charged me for 3 gallons gas at >$7 per gallon. I am doing a charge back on my credits card now
David SThe truck was clean, BUT the AC took forever to finally push enough air into the cab to cool it down. I mean like miles, I was only about three miles from the drop off when I can honestly say it cooled down and that was with two of the vents closed off like the previous renter had them. The owner knew about because when I mentioned it he said 'Oh Yeah the AC..." Well then get it fixed before the weekend.

MICHAEL CI was overcharged. I only requested an appliance dolly and it came with furniture blankets and another dolly, which I was charged for. I did after hours check-in and was not able to opt out of those things. I guarantee this location does this to a lot of people that do after hours check in and they get away with it because most people won't speak up. It's essentially a scam and I'm not happy at all about it and will be telling people to never use this location for their u-haul rentals.

ROBERT BI drove the truck out on I-15 and got about 1/2 way home when a red light came on and a message in front of the odometer that it was overheating and to stop. I pulled over and let it cool down for a bit and then proceeded to my house. It immediately began to overheat and the hot/cold gauge went to "H". I proceeded on my trip at 40 mi per hour let it cool down again and then returned it. The whole process was very stressful. Upon completion I checked and it appeared to be extremely low on coolant. The truck was dirty and I wouldn't return for further rentals. Better inspection of vehicles would be recommended.

Stefani PMaintain the trucks with at least half a tank of fuel. Also, be more clear about pricing, for a truck rental that’s quoted as $29.99, plus $1.69 per mile to turn turn into a 320+ dollar expense for five hours of use is ridiculous, considering the miles traveled where exactly what was estimated. The fuel was returned approximately the same and yet I was charged an additional 80+ dollars. I for one will never rent another truck from that location nor will I recommend anyone else do so. I work with U-Haul on a daily basis with my moving company, and one of the things that I make a priority is clear pricing and fair treatment of customers.
THOMAS MLocation is two doors down from the U-Haul store but truck cannot be returned there; so very confusing.
PATRICIA MEquipment was great, and brand new - I think I was the first person to rent the van. The office is difficult to find and kind of a crowded mess, but the people were great and very easy to deal with.

James HDaniel at U-Haul was the absolute best in every way, but the movers I hired through U-Haul were an absolute horror fest. They broke half of my stuff and refused to help me with furniture In ended up having to move by myself. Never again.
Roberta SDriver's side windshield wiper flew off in the middle of a rain storm. I had to locate and purchase a new wiper blade. The backup camera worked intermittently.
