The customer service I received today was absolutely top notch. I had rented an enclosed trailer and felt like it wasn’t big enough so it was SO easy to rent a truck and cancel that trailer. The rep was professional and super friendly. Just had the best experience and would definitely rent from them again when I need to.

The woman who ran the place directed us to a place to pull in the trailer. Apparently, all in fun, after watching me take too long to get it in (I would've eventually) she asked if she could drive my car. She did a faster job LOL but then mentioned my car steered weird. Oh well. Again, good humor and easy drop off.
