julie goldbergI've used this location twice for an in-town move. They were outstanding both times! My only suggestion for improvement is not with the location, but with the after-hours pickup... especially with the app. As fas as the location goes, the owners were fantastic. On my most recent rental, I had to call twice to request an extension because the friend I was helping severely underestimated how long it would take. Both calls were friendly, professional, and accommodating.
Jonathan GodwinPickup and service were excellent but that truck should be retired. Steering was scary and the engine was straining to shift gears.

A recent rental, the U-Haul app was down, and I was having trouble getting keys to my truck, and even though the facility did not open for another hour, they came out and opened the office and helped my get the rental.

Kiran ShenoyRented the truck to move my daughter and friend into a new apartment. We drove through a heavy rain storm. The items at the front top of the truck got very wet. Another words the truck was not sealed like it should be. This after I told them there would be no problem. Not sure what go ruined. So things happen. i called the place I rented from to let them know the problem and that the truck should be fixed. I left this message and asked to call back if they wished. I never received a call or anything to acknowledge the problem. You would expect better in today's world.

Dawn Adamsthe location and the service on this location was great but the overall service was unpleasant. My first reservation was in another location and when I got there they told me that they did not have the truck that I reserved a week ago so they told me to pick up another truck in a different location so I end it paying more miles that I currently have to. So, NO, I'm not super happy with the disorganization but the people who gave me the service they were very polite and helpful.
