Person there rude and said I needed to find another location. I was late for a flight so couldn’t. He took keys and walked away mad.

CHRISTOPHER ASo my pickup time was 8:30 pm last night . I went there I did everything as I have to take the key but I want to start the car - the car was not started . I tried a lot. The car was fully dead . I waited there more than 1 and half hour in this freezing cold weather just in the parking lot also I took mover just paid them 2 hours for nothing cause I have to wait until the assistance come to jump start the car.I hope you have record and everything . The road assistance told me not to turn off the car cause this battery was completely dead it can be happened again in the road so i also have to pay for more gas. It was totally bad situation for me. It was my first time renting U-Haul but I am sorry I didn’t accept that will gonna happen.

HAROON AThe vehicle I ordered was not ready and got stuck in the snow. That forced us too squeeze in far more stuff into a smaller vehicle than we anticipated. The owners were not there on time as well, forcing us to wait longer to get there thus delay, delaying the entire move. Because of the screwup at that location, it added at least an extra hour or so to our day. That’s not acceptable. More than that they didn’t offer any additional discount for the trouble they put us through. This place is not run very well at all and it seems the ownership of it is very irresponsible. Customer service was terrible. They’re only good thing was they didn’t charge me for the larger vehicle.

CHRISTOPHER AI leveled up the gas whatever it was exact, still you charged me for 9L. Due to snowstorm your location had lots of snow and I stuck for 5 hours in your parking slot for returning the vehicle. You were suppose to clean the way for vehicles to be returned easily. And then you charged two times rental fees??? Your vehicle alignment is very bed, I have to tilt the steering to drive straight direction? Wiper stuck in middle of the trip. Worst worst experience ever. I am not going to recommend anyone. And you charged me $20 because it was after hours return? When I was booking it, I selected the drop off time, that time Uhaul didnt mentioned anything.

JEFFREY P⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at the U-Haul location at 1450 O’Connor, Toronto. I reserved a 20’ truck for January 8, 2024. When I arrived, I was told the rear door wire was snapped but “manageable.” In reality, the back door was open and could not be closed—even the employee was unable to close it. I was given another 20’ truck, but the staff told me the fuel was below 1/4 tank and instructed me to put gas in first and return it at 1/4!!! When I jumped in it was 1/8 so added 12 liters of fuel (about $15) immediately and attached the receipt at key drop. The truck was driven only 24 km, yet I was still charged an additional $14.50 for fuel!!!! As all know, UHAUL never charge credit cards before the receipt issued. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged $157.67 !!! while the receipt emailed to me shows $89.19(gas overcharge included)This kind of overcharging and poor handling is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location or double-checking everything very carefully. If you don't check your bank transactions you won't be noticed that they charged you more!!!!

Shane CAlthough I’d recommend this place based off of the location and the easiness it was to get the truck, the truck that I received had only 1/8 of a tank of a gas which was really inconvenient as I was on a time crunch. The windshield was covered in thick ice and the back doors were iced shut. I know it’s winter, but everything seemed very inconvenient.
