Well I returned the truck on the appropriate level of gas and was charged an extra $50, then was told without a photo of the gas gauge when I returned it the fee would not be reversed. Additionally, I provided proof of the credit card transaction at the gas station before I returned the truck. I will never rent a uhaul again.RYAN L.

Cell service at this location is extremely poor (1 bar, sometimes 2 if you stand in the right spot) there is no accessible wifi either. These 2 things together create a very stressful, unworkable environment when trying to pick up and drop off your rental outside normal business hours. It took me almost 40 minutes to finish the pick up process (trying to get the pages in the app to load) and once I finally got to the code for the key box,, there was no key. I had to wait for the after hours chat to answer me with what to do next. They gave me the code for the other box. Drop off was completely unable to be finished due to inability to upload an image of the odometer due to the poor service/lack of wifi. Unless this location allows renters to access their wifi, I will not be using it again nor will I encourage others to do so. Worst experience.Monica G.

I returned the rental after 7 hours. I originally paid for 24. Because of the location of the shop (for cell phone service) and or problems with my internet I was not able to check the vehicle back in early. I think maybe if I would have my rate would have been less but I may be mistaken on how the rates work. Overall I was completely satisfied and my move went effortless! The location I was given by U-Haul does not open until 8 AM M-F and closes at 5 PM, and on Saturdays, they don't open until 10 AM so I couldn't even pick up the truck at 8 AM when I wanted it, and they close at 2 PM which I was also not told by U-Haul (good thing I picked up my truck when I did) on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. I would have thought that U-Haul would know this and the availability of the truck because when I reserved it, I was told I could pick up the truck at 8 AM but then received a call from the service center that they don't open until 10 AM so I couldn't have the truck until that time. I was charged for a utility dolly that I never had (Although I was refunded for it, I still had to go through the hassle of calling and being on hold for nearly AN HOUR) and a rental fee for a second day because I returned the truck an hour and a half late even though I called 1-800-GO-UHAUL regarding such (which I am waiting to hear back as to whether or not I will be refunded for that). This is not the first time that I or someone that I know has had a problem with U-Haul. I am currently very unhappy with U-Haul and their rental location. Maybe I'll try another rental company if I need a truck in the future and avoid the aggravation and hassle!IAN G.

I went to pick the truck up early AM and it was so dark I had to use the light on my phone to try and find the lock box, the truck, see the app to get through it all. Really bad experience and made me 30 minutes late on my trip.Jeanne E.

I would be nice if U-Haul guaranteed the item at the time of rental confirmation. Aside from that, rental location on Rt. 32 Kingston was excellent and I will surely do business there again for all my rental needs. The location was supposed to be open when I dropped it off and when I got there, nobody was around. I called Uhaul and the guy on the phone said I would have to do mobile check-out and just leave the truck there. So I did that and upon dropping the keys in the dropbox, I realize I left my Ezpass in the truck. I have left multiple voicemails for the number provided for this location and have never heard back. I had to cancel my Ezpass and buy a new one. I live in the area and have driven by multiple times and nobody is ever there. Very frustrating. Would not come here ever again.Robert S.

Only thing that may have help was to know ahead of time that the truck is only equipped for a 12 volt car charger. These days everything has a USB port , needed for phone and navigation . Was Easily fixable just had to purchase a converter plug . Truck ran great , easy loading dock and easy to drive . Thank you we would definitely recommend U-Haul plus so much cheaper than Penske!William S.

Location and staff were fine but The back of the truck smelled of cigarette smoke as soon as we opened it. It wld not stop well at all and seemed as though it needed brake fluid but the worst was the steering. It needed power steering fluid or something bc the wheel wld lock and not turn at all sometimes when trying to maneuver it.Kendra W.
