Mike is very rude. Made it appear as if he was doing me a favor. Had a bad attitude. Thankfully I moved out of the area. Would never go back to that place.

Very friendly and helpful
kathy lAnd never got to meet anybody associated with this property. It was closed when I dropped the trailer off. The location was spacious and so I had all the room I needed to get the trailer situated. I didn't know if I should leave the trailer down below where the main office was or if I should leave it up with the other trailers and U-Haul equipment above near the highway. I left it up by the highway and left my rental documents underneath the door of the main office
