Excellent service. Marc was extremely friendly and professional. Transaction was easy and quick and the overall experience was excellent.
NICHOLAS PThe app to checkout and checkin the truck was very cumbersome and slow. AND, the last steps of both processes did not appear to get completed. No confirmation was made. The poor quality of the app will affect whether I use a location that does not have a real person available
