Auto transport was a total disaster. Two bad tires, one with a broken belt the other flat with a nail and the jack was frozen. Excellent fast service changed both tires within an hour and was super helpful. If he had a new jack he would have installed it. Had to travel 40 plus mikes to pick it up when told one was available local but was rented out from under me. Truck was excellent thank goodness. Both dealers were excellent

kathy lAnd never got to meet anybody associated with this property. It was closed when I dropped the trailer off. The location was spacious and so I had all the room I needed to get the trailer situated. I didn't know if I should leave the trailer down below where the main office was or if I should leave it up with the other trailers and U-Haul equipment above near the highway. I left it up by the highway and left my rental documents underneath the door of the main office
