The van we originally went to rent had an issue with the mileage. Then we got offered a bigger box van, which was inconvenient for moving. When we returned the truck, after only doing 4 miles, we were told the gas was below a certain point from when we collected it, which it wasn't. The service provider person was a bit rude and not helpful at all, considering we were given a bigger van than needed.
