Equipment was dirty and when picked up, Was told I had to have it cleaner than when I picked it up. Staff was very rude. I dropped it off the next day and he charged my credit card for cleaning, without even going to look at the truck. I argued with him but he said too bad

BEVERLY MThe manager at the Hodgson location was one of the worst customer service representatives that I have ever experienced. I was not told that there would be a $229.00 hold on my account. I was shocked upon return to find out that it could take days to get it back. I was explaining to Sebastian that I am doing fertility treatment and I needed my deposit back to buy my $100 trigger shot that day at Costco. I was calm- I was not even angry at this point. Sebastian shrugged his shoulders and said “that he could care less about my fertility”. He said this several times. He also said that “it wasn’t his problem that I wasn’t told about the deposit being taken and kept”. I have never ever had a company representative have such a terrible attitude towards a customer. There was another gentlemen there who gave me contact info for head office and explained what steps to take to attempt to move my deposit return along faster. Sebastian did not offer any solutions, he was just dismissive and rude and repeatedly told me how “he could care less”. I cannot believe that someone of this caliber represents your company. He has a very bad attitude problem and needs to be replaced with a professional. Jonathan was 100000 x more professional and empathetic and resolution based. I really hope that you deal with Sebastian’s terrible and unprofessional conduct. Thank you.
