MARIA CWhen a reservation is made at a certain location for a certain size of truck and that can't be done, give the customer more than 48 hours notice. We ended up with a much larger truck than was necessary which cost us alot more for ferry and gas that we budgeted for.
Brenda MThe location was closed, which is fine but once again there are ZERO indicators or instructions for after hours drop off. It would be beneficial to have : 1) A detailed instruction guide (or link to a guide) provided in every confirmation email) 2) Signage AT THE LOCATION with the same instructions/ guide for after hours customers 3) AFTER HOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE : having a number that is easy to contact a human if needed. 4) Unclear / no instructions does not make the experience quick or easy. I am not a mind reader and your customer care team gave me NO information In future, I will be sourcing alternative options before deciding to go with U-Haul.
