The dealers aren’t the problem. In fact. two of the THREE that I had to deal with were exceptional, with the other only being the “return” dealer whose service was without issue. At this particular location, the agent, quite literally, saved the day / move. If you’ve ever seen “The Reservation” episode on Seinfeld, Jerry must have been reflecting on a UHaul experience. As this review is on uHaul’s controlled platform, I’ll reserve my actual review for Google. For now. To reiterate, the agents at the depots, and one reoccurring phone agent, were outstanding in customer service and de-escalation.

Extremely good, friendly, on-the-ball service, exceptional. Booked 2 months ahead, from Spain, a 12 day cross-country 26’ truck rental — risky! But they came through, had a truck waiting, excellent communication, brilliant. Couldn’t recommend this location more. Fantastic.

Cheryl MI put fuel when I returned still I am charged for 21 liters of fuel, this is unreal. Probably never going to rent again from this location, sorry , I feel 48 dollars were snatched from me
