Guy at counter knew very little about U-Haul renting. Had to call on phone for help. He didn’t know enough to tell us we needed to check in online. I’m old school, and remember forms not all this new online stuff. Thankfully we won’t need a rental again from that location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe facility is too small to return large rigs like 26 foot trucks with auto transporters. Staff are unhelpful, you are left to your own devices. A very stressful return experience.
