How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck empty on gas, forced to take a truck that I did not reserve, none of the employees understood or spoke English. They just yelled at each other and to another person on the phone. Totally ignoring me and my reservation. Worst of all there was some type of matter on the wall inside that looked to be dried BLOOD and lots of it!! Also had a air mattress inside!!! Couldn't look In the back before I left because it was backed into a trash dumpster. truck was unusable yet my credit card was charged!!!! Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!
Eric MThe store tried to charge me for gas.They said I didn't fill it up to the level I took it at. It was $83. I took pictures of the milage and gas levels before I left and when I returned it. Uhaul billing refunded me the $83. The EZ Mart tried to pull a fast on on me.
David MIt took me 2 hours to get my truck. The people that rent the trucks are very rude. I had macy on the line from uhaul she told them my contract was approved to just give me the keys. She still had to take a copy of my driver's license and then macy demanded she give me the key. Will not ever rent a truck from there again. They are RUDE foreigners! I will go back to penske
JUDY SNobody came out to help some woman handed me.her phone to talk to a man you can barley understand and to told me what to do. Gave me the trailer number amd hung up had to figure out everything else myself using the app
