I specifically rented it to make it easier to move my mother in laws household. Yes it was a small uhaul but I didn't expect it not to have a ramp, which is why I rented it. Got to where I needed to be and low and behold, no ramp. Only on 15' or larger. If I had known that, I wouldn't have rented it. Since I already had we just muscled it in. Other then that it was good.

WILLIAM MI wasn’t informed about mileage. I was under the impression that it was unlimited mileage and when I dropped it off at the U-Haul drop off I had an extra $67 to pay for 67 miles over the 35 that were free apparently. Would have been nice to know that being in a very fixed budget. Very disappointed with that part. The staff was very nice at pick up but that extra money would have been nice to know ahead of time
Laura MThe truck was not cleaned from the previous renter. The drop off location recognized that builders supply gave us a dirty truck. The right mirror was broken and was not working. And the blankets on the order were not there and they didn't have any available.
