The service people at this branch were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the moving truck did not have a ramp which was a major surprise. I’ve rented multiple moving trucks in the past and all of them had a ramp. It would have been nice if it was disclosed at the time of reserving the truck that it didn’t have a built in ramp. No ramp is a major inconvenience when moving large furniture.
