When I arrived the gentleman processing trucks started waiting on a customer who was in their phone carrying on what appeared to be a social call. She wasn’t fully engaged in the process of renting a truck and instead of asking the customer to please hang up or offer to help other customers while she continued her call, he just waited for her to finish. I was waiting and so was another customer for about 20 minutes. Then when I finally got my truck, it had less than. 1/4 tank of gas. I took a picture and it looked like 1/8 of a tank. This is unacceptable and when asked for another truck he said he didn’t have one and yet there were 6 more on the lot and all 6 were there when I returned a few hours later. Having to get gas immediately when picking up a truck should be against policy. Will not frequent this location again nor recommend. Three strikes and you’re out.

Greg DWell, at the open, there were a half-dozen renters in line and only one customer associate the whole time. He busted his butt, but it might behoove your affiliate to schedule enough employees. After all, they know how many rentals are scheduled.
Nicholas LGetting to the back of truck was a challenge as there was leftover and loose fencing and weeds hindering easy access. The trucks were also parked at two different locations in the lot so that was confusing when returning the truck.
