Despite having made a reservation for truck & pads over a month in advance I was told last minute I had to go to a different location for the truck. Thankfully it wasn’t too far out of the way. It took hours to locate pads cutting into loading time. The truck pickup location was excellent! U-Haul corporate is terrible with an F rating. I would certainly hesitate to recommend U-Haul.
