The people were friendly and nice but the truck was horrible. The brakes failed at an intersection and I almost went through it if I hadn’t taken it out of gear and put it into neutral and the transmission whines badly. I believe the odometer isn’t correct, possibly due to the transmission having issues. I know I didn’t drive 35 miles because I know exactly how far it is from one place to the other and the addition of the miles to the pick up and drop off was only about 2 miles and I was charged for 10 extra miles.
