They charged me an extra day. I returned trailer more than a full day early and they charged me tje full amount of contract which was for 3 days: it is only $34 and some change but it jay was my money.
Steven MTrudy was outstanding! Customer service was excellent! Everything went according to plan, truck was there waiting for us. We had no equipment issues. Trudy greeted us with a smile when we returned it at the end of the day. I highly recommend using this site for any of your U-Haul needs. Best experience we’ve had with any U-Haul provider. I believe that is due to Trudy’s. Excellent service!
MATTHEW HThe woman there, Trudy? was very nice when I rented the truck. Coming back I realized that the truck was only half full when I left and when I gassed up the truck to return it, I forgot and filled it. Upon asking for some kind of credit from the man who manages this place, he simply said there was nothing he could do nor did he really care it seemed to me. However, upon calling U-Haul directly and explaining to them the situation Phil Page was kind enough to refund the whole amount to me. So I will stay with U-Haul from now on just use another rental place.
Michael AAbsolute fantastic customer service. Went above and beyond to help ne get a truck, have it ready on a holiday, and assist with checking in and out. I had to fly into town late Friday, pick up on Saturday, and move son into college apartment on Sunday. I cannot give enough thanks to this location. Absolute fantastic customer service. I would rate 100 out of 100. Please support them if you are considering uhaul in Anderson. I'll be using again for a cross country move soon.
