The personnel were helpful and accomodating on the phone (when I could get them to answer), however could not give me a receipt or confirmation that I had turned in the rental truck. they claimed it would be emailed to me when it was processed. Two hours later I had not received any email or other confirmation until I contacted the national U-Haul customer service via the 800 number. Then I did receive notification awhile after that.
