The self check in app is horrible. Geo-location took 40 minute to figure out where I was, despite great cell coverage (google maps could find me in seconds). The app crashed before telling me the combination to unlock the key and on restarting skipped straight forward to returning the truck, requiring another 10 minutes before I could find the code to get the truck. Requiring contact information for an unrelated 3rd party is creepy and invasive. The number of photos required at return again takes far too long, and it is difficult to actually get far enough away from the truck to take said pictures in a busy parking lot. I will never be using the app again. In-person check in and return only from now on.

Wolverine Party Shoppe provided me with a good service and experience as well. It was my first time renting a truck and honestly don't know why I have not done it before. The service girl did it very easy for me, asked few questions and I was done probably in less than 10 minutes. She was very friendly and respectful. I would recommend this location again and I know I'll be going back to them if I need a rental truck again.

Mitchell MIt’s not the fault of the drop off or pick up locations when it comes to conditions of the trailers, but the car transport that I got was in terrible shape. There was so much of the transport frame out of whack that it was a huge problem just getting the car on the transport without tearing the bottom off. Then a whole other set of problems getting the car off the transport. (Bumper of my Boxster almost torn off because of a bolt fell out holding the bump for the front tire). I’ve transported at least a dozen cars with Uhaul equipment, and this trailer was the worst!! Look it over carefully before you rent it!!
