The seat belt cover and sun visor were both broken. The sun visor was so bad that it blocked my view of the road. The only solution was to move it over to the window, thus rendering it useless.

Frank GI reserved a Utility Dolly for moving boxes, but I was provided a Furniture Dolly instead. I didn't realize the mistake until after pickup. The equipment I received was different from what I reserved and wasn't suitable for my intended use. Could you please review the rental and issue a refund or credit?
