The app made pick up a little clunky. You had to walk to the door to scan the code, then walk all the way out to where the trucks are parked, then walk all the way back to the door to get the keys.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was the best U-Haul experience I've had, quick when I showed up, and quick when I returned. Both times the associates were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thanks!
Johnny VThe seat belt cover and sun visor were both broken. The sun visor was so bad that it blocked my view of the road. The only solution was to move it over to the window, thus rendering it useless.
chris sKeep up the great work!
