The cab was not thoroughly cleaned. I found empty soda bottles and snacks behind the front seats. The location did not have the originally ordered 15ft, so I was upgraded to a 20ft, which was very nice. The vehicle was extremely loud and made concerning noises throughout the drive, including a squealing sound at times when accelerating (when the vehicle went into a lower gear the squealing stopped). There was a large clicking sound when accelerating, making me think oil was needed. My interactions with the staff were fine. The person who attended me was polite and knowledgeable. The location did not have the requested moving blankets, so that was removed from my bill. The person answered all my questions and made sure I understood all charges before billing me

How U-Haul Reviews Workwhen i tried to return the truck i was told at the store there was no one there able to check the trunk in. i was then on the phone trying to get it returned for over a hour still didnt get anywher . i ended up dropping the keys in a box and had to hope i didnt get over billed for anything. i have never had a such a bad time with a rental

Bradley DVehicle was old. Steering wheel old falling apart lots of built up gunk. Cab was not clean. Engine performance and transmission very bad. Very hard shifting and down shifting. At one point it downshifted sho hard I through me forward with enough force to have the seat belt lock engage. Fuel tank needs repaired had to put fuel in RIGHT when I picked it up because it was at less than a 1/4 tank. Put $50 in tank and about half spilt on the ground due to fuel tank/ line/ fill neck leaking. Showed and gave video of this happening to person at the location. When I picked up the truck the key was in the back of the truck with a lock on but the lock WAS NOT even locked was just hanging on the latch.
