Did not have any interactions with any employees. The lot was extremely full, but we were able to drop it off after the place had closed for the day with no issues.

Travon MWas does an insurance fee always seem to appear even though I reserve this vehicle with no coverage because my own insurance covers it? Why does UHaul always seem to add it on automatically are require me to remove it, or request it to be removed. I reserve it without the UHaul optional insurance coverage. Somehow it gets added back, and I don't see it until the receipt arrives In addition, the vehicle was clearly recently used and dirty, inside and out. Including used drink bottles and napkins under and behind the seats.
