The location is fine and the lady was nice and helpful. However, the steps it takes to actually rent the vehicle (via the app) is ridiculous. Every time you leave the app it signs you out. once you’re ready for the rental, it makes you sign in again then you have to take pictures of absolutely everything when you pick up and and drop off. I will talk to a person next time and not use the app again.

Truck leaked oil all over my driveway. I'm fairly certain no one from UHaul is going to show up to clean it up. Front seats of these trucks are soooo uncomfortable.
Salvatore VThe young man that helped us was amazing. He had to ride his bike to get there to help us, when there he was more helpful than we could out into words. I have never towed a trailer, he hooked it up and explained everything to us. We can't thank him enough for helping us in our way for a 10 hour drive.
Jeff HTrailer was fine BUT did NOT get the appliance dolly. Woman did NOT speak English and was going to refund the $$$ for the dolly. Terrible experience...Will think twice before using Uhaul again
Jim SThis vendor, A to Z Auto Sales, charged me $54 dollars additional for gas, I went 20 miles and had 7/8 of a tank left and I started with 7/8 of a tank. I called them directly and they said I have to call U Haul, they will not talk with me. Now I am on with UHaul Customer Service. Now the area manager will be contacting me directly for resolution. I hope this get resolved. It's sad when a vendor takes advantage of its Customers like this. The pick up went well, the lady was courteous and helped me out. But today, the vendor, A to Z Auto Sales basically gave me the middle finger when I tried talking to them.
