They didn’t know how to hookup the trailer and asked me to do it. Strained my back lifting up the trailer.

This location was terrible it’s in a gas station and he kept helping other customers in between helping us while telling me he couldn’t find my reservation he had a very thick accent so I couldn’t understand some of the stuff he was saying and the truck we got was in HORRRIBLE condition the alignment was so off that we had to drive with the wheel turned left in order to go straight in really ticked that we had to pay for such bad service and a horrible condition vehicle
Lindsay HIt would be nice if Uhaul would actually give me enough miles to make to my destination. I was 27 miles over and I did not go out of my way at any point. It's very disappointing to have to pay more while I'm returning the truck. Especially when I returned the truck with way more gas than was in it when I rented it.
Mark BStaff didn’t know how to check out equipment. I had to go on their PC to help get paperwork completed. Checkout took about 30 mins because it was a convenient store and they kept stopping to serve customers buying booze. Trailer still had dirt inside, I agreed to clean it out myself before using. One tire had a slow leak which I had to keep refilling to allow use.
