The location was convenient to our hotel, but it was at a gravel parking lot -- so the outside of the truck was dusty. Kevin was super and even gave his personal number in case it was needed for anything. Kevin had ability and most importantly availability. He went above and beyond to ensure a great rental experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWas a shirt in the rear of the truck, the inside of the cab had a puddle of water under the passenger seat. The Original Roswell location lost the truck I was supposed to have. Sat there for an hour just to tell me to drive an additional 2 hours just to start my move.

Christian PSend a Uhaul rep to check the place out. You tell me if this is the type of place you think most customers would want to go. I loved the experience. Kinda like an immersive trip to the opening scene of “cabin in the woods” horror movie. Seriously though, the guy there was super nice and helpful. Just like… I think some people would say otherwise.
