My God. Terrible experience. Honestly so terrible. The location was 100% self service, but nothing worked. Took almost an hour to eventually get the key through one of your helpful representatives. The truck wasnt the cleanest thing in the world. But did the job. Not really my issue. My issue is with the location. And the app saying ‘go inside and get the key’ when there is no fckn inside. Like are you atupid? Its a home. A RESIDENTIAL HOME. I swear the worst experience. Never ever again. Id rather pay triple at enterprise and interact with competent humans. And then when i go and gove my car in - mind you 5 hours earlier than my time i said i will- but none the less, it charged me FOR A FUEL AND CLEANING CHARGE - when it shoudlnt have! At least when i complained a helpful person called Ashley helped me out and was able to refund those two things. Though i still expect a compnesation for tbe terrible service. COMPSENSATION FOR THE SERVICE THAT I SHOULD HAVE GOT. And the one i PAYED FOR. I didnt get it. Instead i got something beyond sub par. This is the first time i have complained, let alone this pationately over a service. I usually move on. But my God this was a terrible experience. Never again.

The pickup point was in a poorly maintained yard with tenants who knew nothing. Not well kept and very little space to park. No way to reach an employee for help except for the 1800 number. The Van was dirty and had a cockroach dead inside of there. There appeared to be mold in the door well and chips broken on the floor. No other trucks were there to rent. I did not get my $50 guarantee back as promised.
Daniel BDo not park the vehicles so close to the wooded side of the lot. That would make it easier for renter to take the required photos of the vehicle.
Reginald PPlace was swarming with gnats on a hot day and we didn't anticipate faceless pick up. The lock box was difficult to open.
Tim GThe location is at a derelict house in the middle of nowhere. The location is unmanned, requiring the use of the U-haul app. Because cell service is so poor there, the app would not work properly. The wrong key lockbox was provided to me so I had to clear it up with several phone calls to the number in my order confirmation email. It was a very frustrating experience.
