My experience with this U-Haul location was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I reserved the truck for a specific pickup time because I was in the middle of a move and needed the vehicle at that time. When I arrived, no one was there, even though the posted business hours indicated that someone should have been available. My first phone call went unanswered, although I did receive a call back after calling again. I then tried to complete the pickup online. I downloaded the U-Haul app and attempted to go through the process, but the system had my phone number connected to someone else’s name. This was especially confusing because I had used this same phone number for a U-Haul rental just the month before. To make matters worse, I learned that the truck I had reserved had been given to another customer who arrived shortly before me, even though that customer had not originally been scheduled to pick up a truck at this location. I then had to wait for an employee to arrive, gain access to the office, locate the keys, prepare another truck, and finally get me on my way. Altogether, I lost approximately an hour and a half of my moving day because of these issues. That was a significant amount of time on a day when movers, schedules, transportation, and access to the property were all dependent on timing. I understand that occasional problems happen, but this was not a single minor inconvenience. It was a combination of the location being unattended, difficulty reaching anyone, problems with U-Haul’s online system, and my reserved truck being given to another customer. I am requesting compensation or a partial refund for the substantial delay and inconvenience. I reserved the truck for a specific time because that timing mattered, and I do not feel I received the level of service I paid for. This experience was unnecessarily stressful during an already demanding move, and I hope U-Haul will address both the service issues at this location and the compensation for the time I lost.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAl’s was very helpful and gave great customer service. The person who I spoke to on the U-Haul line, Jordon, is who set everything up. He did not connect my reservation to my account online which caused problems with the return.
DEBBIE AGot gigged for a deposit and $100 cleaning fee when it wasn’t dirty, check engine light was on and had poor mileage probably from the light issue

Michael CI did not see an opprotunity to confirm the fuel level at pick up while using the app. When i returned the truck it showed a level higher then what i left with. If you look at the miles driven and the amount of fuel used the math does not math
