The employees were fantastic. I forgot a sign in the U-Haul and they called me to tell me they would keep it until I could return. Very nice and friendly!

Nicolas NThe only negative I experienced was U-Haul software kept crashing the computer at the hardware store and I had to wait while they kept rebooting their system in hopes that the U-Haul system would work
Jason PMaybe you could have more people working. Only one girl working when I came to pick up my U-Haul. I had to wait for her to take care of the other customers before she to take care of me. No fault of hers.
