Easy to find, easy to work with, great staff, easy drop off
Catherine JWhen I dropped off the trailer at the correct drop off location, I learned the new trailer had never been transferred into my name so contractually I was returning the wrong trailer. Thankfully the two guys who were there figured it all out. They knew I was stressed out and they were incredibly accomodating and professional. I was expecting a horrrendous ending to this saga and I am rarely PLEASENTLY suprised by customer service. I was SHOCKED and very appreciative.
