this is the 3rd time Ive used this Uhaul location and it was great each time. She gave full explanation and instructions and the "what if " possibilities. excellent!!

Diane WThe Truck while renting had 11/16th (less than three quarter tank)of gas which the location manager told me to return the tank to that level. It is difficult to monitor the gage while filling gas and when I filled the gas the pump had filled the full tank 15/16th of tank (almost full) when I returned the truck. This was 8.125 gallons and roughly ~$40. The location was closed and I have to now contact UHaul customer service to get a refund. On top of this, there was another maintenance issue... after driving 10miles, the Tire Service precaution message popped up on the dashboard which made me worried about the driving safety on the highway... Expecting a call back from Customer Service...
