Original location I reserved a truck at was closed because they were moving, luckily there was an employee on sight still and they were able to change my reservation to another location in town. All in all I would choose Uhaul again but maybe not reserve online because this mishap set me back almost 75 minutes

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was parked in the grass right next to a busy highway, which is a bad accident waiting to happen. Received vehicle with multiple dents in it. Whole truck smelled like cigarettes. Was charged for insurance even after stating I did not want it. HIGHLY do not recommend using this location.
