5 stars, the customer service was excellent and they made sure I had everything I needed and my questions were answered.
TAFARI SWe rented a 5 x 9 trailer with ramp. When we arrived, we noticed a smaller 4 x 9 trailer with ramp and asked if we could exchange and the great staff helped us rent the smaller trailer. Everything went smoothly and was handled well.
Ian LIt is a small location, which cannot be fixed. The lobby area is tight and was ok as far as cleanliness. The people that were working were nice.
