It took me over an hour to check out my reserved trailer. No one knew how to check me out. Nice people but I had to call Corp to check out the trailer. Then after I checked it out, no one to help hook up to my pickup. Tongue on the ground and my problem. Everest should not be a UHaul site.

Completely unprofessional, dirty location, and only broken down equipment
Susan PThe manager noted that she was unable to notify uhaul that I turned in my truck as she no longer had the required uhaul access to do so. However, she communicated with the uhaul team directly and handled the situation appropriately to ensure that I did not incur additional fees.
Bonnie SThe vehicle plug end on the wire harness was damaged and did not allow the lights to consistently work.
Michael FReservation, time, and truck were all changed and moved to this location by Uhaul. Truck was not "checked in" when we arrived at the designated time, which required an additional trip the next day. Overall very poor experience.
